Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GYD.AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using GYD.AI, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at data@gyd.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Permitted Use
You may use GYD.AI to extract, process, and structure publicly available data for lawful business purposes, including research, analytics, AI model development, and automation workflows. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to collect personal data unlawfully, to conduct denial-of-service attacks or excessive crawling that harms third-party systems, to circumvent security measures, to resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent, or to build a directly competing product. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed only on successful data extraction. Paid plans and credit purchases are billed in advance and are non-refundable except in cases of verified billing errors. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
GYD.AI and its software, models, APIs, and branding are the exclusive property of GYD.AI. You retain ownership of your data and the results of your extractions. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over data you extract using our platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data extracted through the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYD.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees or unused credits.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where required, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
